Republican shouts ‘you lie’ at Obama during speech

The South Carolina Republican who yelled “You lie!” at President Barack Obama during the president’s speech on health care Wednesday night has issued an apology, CNN’s Political Ticker reports.

“This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the President’s remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill,” Joe Wilson (R-SC) stated. “While I disagree with the President’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the President for this lack of civility.”

However, Wilson’s apology wasn’t quite fast enough to stop his rival in next year’s election from almost immediately cashing in on the controversy, as Michael Roston reports on his True/Slant blog.

As of press time at 11 pm ET, Democratic challenger Rob Miller had raised $8,600 online for his campaign, under the title “Defeating the man who yelled liar at Obama: Goodbye Rep. Joe Wilson.”

President Barack Obama was heckled during his speech to Congress Wednesday.

In his address on health care to a joint session of Congress Wednesday night, the president said: “There are also those who claim that our reform effort will insure illegal immigrants. This, too, is false – the reforms I’m proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally.”

That was met with a chorus of boos from some Republican congresspeople. As the booing died down, a voice could be heard yelling out “You lie!”

The president stopped momentarily, glanced in the direction of the noise, and continued with the speech.

CNN initially reported that the person who yelled out was Rep. Joe Wilson, Republican of South Carolina. Glenn Thrush at Politico confirmed this.

In an interview with CNN moments after the speech, Sen. John McCain said the heckle was “totally disrespectful. [There's] no place for it in that setting or any other setting, and he should apologize immediately.”

Purported Kenyan Obama Birth Certificate Surfaces

A certification of birth document has surfaced placing the birth of Barack Obama in the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, not Hawaii as the Obama administration insists. In the last week, the corporate media has launched an especially vicious attack and dismissed the issue as a fabrication devised by “birthers” who are said to be racists and rightwing extremists.

The latest document was released by Orly Taitz, a California attorney who has filed a several lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president. The Kenyan document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham. Although there is not a signature by a doctor, the document is signed by the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya.

The birth certificate is part of a federal lawsuit initiated by former presidential candidate and ambassador Alan Keyes, filed on August 1, 2009, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Taitz’s motion requests the document be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya, and demands a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Kenyan birth certification lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham.

Last week, state officials in Hawaii said they checked and confirmed that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen and therefore meets a key constitutional requirement for being president. Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

The Annenberg Political Factsheet claims to have examined the original document and says it is legitimate (see Born in the U.S.A., The truth about Obama’s birth certificate). “Recently FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago. We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it’s stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka.”

Annenberg is a less than credible source considering Obama was chairman of the Annenberg Challenge in Chicago. One of his cohorts in that position was none other than the terrorist Bill Ayers.

As World Net Daily reports today, there is a suspicious lack of documents on Obama, including “his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.”

Obama supporters and liberals are determined to shut down the “birther” movement. On Saturday, the liberal comedian Bill Maher said the “birthers” must be stopped. “This is not a case of Democrats vs. Republicans. It’s sentient beings vs. the Lizard People,” he said, dismissing the fact the Obama administration refuses to release the original document.

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show this afternoon, attorney and former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania Philip J. Berg, who initially filed a complaint in federal district court on August 21, 2008, against then presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama, said the new document must be carefully examined to establish its validity.

Berg noted the document is not classified as a birth certificate but rather a registration of birth. The document contains conflicting dates and signatures. In addition, the birth registration purports to be an official document entered at the District Registry Office in Kenya on August 9, 1961. Kenya did not gain independence until December 12, 1963.

Alex said the document may indeed be a forgery intended to further discredit the movement to establish Barack Obama’s place of birth.

Shocking New Birth Certificate Proof Obama Born In Kenya?

California attorney Orly Taitz has released a copy of a birth certificate that purports to show Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, which if authenticated would plunge the United States into a constitutional crisis and potentially herald a catastrophic loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government.

The Obama birth certificate issue has been rumbling on for over a year, with researchers demanding to see a complete birth certificate proving that President Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, yet none has been forthcoming.

Mainstream media attention on the issue has intensified over the past few weeks, even forcing the White House itself to publicly dismiss the controversy.

However, Taitz’ bombshell discovery blows the whole story wide open and its ramifications could be monumental.

According to World Net Daily, Taitz has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court seeking authentication for the document.

“The document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya,” reports World Net Daily.

“No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.

“WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.”

Despite the fact that a hoax document similar in nature circulated the Internet last week, World Net Daily reports that the new document “bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax”.

The birth certificate was released by an anonymous source who did not want to be named because he fears for his life.

“I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds,” Taitz told WND. “I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].”

If proven genuine, the document could herald a constitutional crisis in the United States and lead to Barack Obama being kicked out of office before he’s even able to complete his first year in the White House.

Obviously the more likely scenario will be that the court will be strong armed into dismissing the document as a counterfeit by the powers that be.

However, the overt preparations for martial law which have intensified since Obama took office have doubtless taken into account the fact that a complete loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government could foster civil unrest and make a police state crackdown necessary from the perspective of the authorities.

Barack Obama’s cap on executive pay for bailout recipients yesterday overshadowed his comments about the stimulus bill, which deserve greater scrutiny.

“A failure to act, and act now [on the bill], will turn crisis into a catastrophe,” Obama said, sounding a lot more like his predecessor than the candidate of hope and change.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss?

Even as he sees the potential for a near-term rally, Todd Harrison, CEO of Minyanville.com, says Obama is understandably worried about the risk of Congressional inaction. “He’s right there’s potential for this [economy] to get much worse and manifest itself not only financially, but through societal unrest,” he says.

More than Obama’s rhetoric or what’s in the stimulus bill, Harrison is worried that protectionist policies worldwide could lead to heightened geopolitical tension and, ultimately, global war. Now that’s something to really be worried about.

National TV networks that refused to sell time for a 60-second commercial included CNBC , MSNBC, Headline News, CNN and Fox. Washington, D.C., local stations for the same organizations also refused.

Obama Vows US Military Rule Over Planet As 1 Million Soldiers To Secure Homeland

The corridors of the Kremlin are reported to be in shock today after President-Elect Barack Obama in announcing his National Security Team vowed to his countrymen that he would maintain the United States Military’s hegemony over our entire Planet during his reign.

With a budget of over $528 billion, which totals more than that of all the World’s major powers, both East and West, combined, and 761 Military Bases literally spanning our entire Earth, Russian Economists warn that by Obama’s vow the United States has given up all hopes of rescuing their collapsing economy and are, instead, preparing for all out Global War.

Even worse for the American people is that in Obama’s preparations for Global War they are to be totally militarized on a scale not seen since Adolph Hitler and the Nazis militarization of the German peoples during the 1930’s, and which US Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced last week in his “Total Force Integration Policy” that abolishes both the United States National Guard and Reserve Forces and the 1878  Posse Comitatus Act and will lead to over 1 Million US Soldiers being stationed in the American Homeland to ‘control’ their own citizens.   

Russian Intelligence Analysts however, point out in their reports that these latest moves by Obama further confirm the United States plan for the use of brute military force to impose upon all of us their long planned for New World Order and is being ‘managed’ on the American side by their former Secretary of State, and acknowledge International War Criminal, Henry Kissinger who is represented in the new Obama Administration by soon to be US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner who began his ascent to power from Kissinger Associates in the 1980’s.

Forgotten by the American people are the warnings of their ancestral leaders about these Globalist monsters that have sought for centuries to enslave our entire World, and who President Andrew Jackson spewed against in 1832 by stating:

“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time, and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out.”

President Jackson fortunately, was able to protect his young American Nation from these Globalist predators and abolished their planned Central Banking System stating that:

It concentrated the nation’s financial strength in a single institution.

It exposed the government to control by foreign interests.

It served mainly to make the rich richer.

It exercised too much control over members of Congress.

It favored northeastern states over southern and western states

Today’s Americans, sadly, have not only forgotten the warnings of President Jackson but have, literally, enslaved themselves, their children and all of their future to their Central Bank known as the US Federal Reserve System, and which these deluded people don’t even realize is a private bank that has absolutely no regard for them at all and will continue stealing from them until there is nothing left.

Even worse, these Americans don’t even realize how monstrous the shadow rulers of the lives are, and which no better example can be given than the aforementioned Henry Kissinger’s statements to his Thailand counterpart in 1975 regarding the genocidal Khmer Rouge leadership of Cambodia which exterminated nearly 2 million of its own citizens, and which he stated:

“You should also tell the Cambodians that we will be friends with them.  They are murderous thugs, but we won’t let that stand in our way.  We are prepared to improve relations with them.”

How wise it would be for these American people to remember the words of President Woodrow Wilson who in warning his people of the “invisible empire has been set up above the forms of democracy” stated that “a little group of willful men, representing no opinion but their own, have rendered the great government of the United States helpless and contemptible”.

How wiser still for them to remember Wilson’s greatest warning about who really controls the United States: “Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”

But, and sadly, to those like us, both past and present, attempting to warn these peoples of the catastrophes to come they listen not and continue being led upon a path that can only lead to their complete enslavement and ultimate destruction.

Barack Obama’s security team delights the war hawks

Barack Obama will announce his national security team today to approval from the military establishment and Republicans, distant cries of dissent from liberals and head-scratching from others.

The President-elect is expected to confirm the nomination of Hillary Clinton

as Secretary of State, ask Robert Gates

to remain at the Pentagon, and make General Jim Jones

his National Security Adviser.

All three are heavyweight figures with whom Mr Obama has policy disagreements of varying intensity, and these choices are intended to emphasise his policy of reaching out to former rivals and opponents.

“You don’t just put the people who were on your side in the campaign,” said Claire McCaskill, a Democratic senator, yesterday. “He wants the best and the brightest and he does not care about their political stripes.

Yesterday Republicans were showering praise on these selections. Senator Lindsey Graham said that Mr Gates, President Bush’s Defence Secretary, had “led us through difficult times in Iraq” and that Mrs Clinton had a “little harder line” than Mr Obama on foreign policy.

Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is said to have formed a “very positive” early impression of Mr Obama and been similarly heartened by his appointments. Mr Gates differs from Mr Obama on nuclear policy. General Jones has served the Bush Administration as an envoy in the Middle East, where he was critical of Israel, and, though supportive of redeploying troops to Afghanistan, has previously suggested that a precipitate withdrawal from Iraq would be against the national interest.

A look at Obama’s “economic team”

President-elect Barack Obama’s choices for top economic positions underscore the fact that his administration’s overriding priority will be to secure the interests of the financial elite. The economic appointments have been welcomed by the political establishment and media as “centrist” and “center-right.”

Obama announced that Timothy Geithner, head of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will be Treasury secretary, and Lawrence Summers, the former Treasury secretary under Bill Clinton, will lead the National Economic Council. The announcements were made at a press conference devoted to the economic crisis. [See, "Obama holds press conference, promises ‘whatever is required' for Wall Street"]

Geithner has been intimately involved in the federal bailout of the financial industry, working closely with Federal Reserve chief Ben Bernanke and current Treasury secretary Henry Paulson. It has been reported that Geithner was the principal architect behind the government-backed bailout of Bear Stearns, among other deals.

Geithner began his career with Kissinger Associates, Inc., in Washington, D.C., a consulting firm founded by former Nixon Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. He worked his way up in the Clinton administration to under secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 1998 until Clinton left office. In that capacity he worked under both Clinton treasury secretaries, Robert Rubin and Lawrence Summers.

Before being appointed as president of the New York Fed, Geithner worked as a policy director for the International Monetary Fund and was a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, a leading diplomatic think tank.

The financial elite delivered its verdict on Geithner’s selection on Friday. When the Obama transition team leaked word of his selection, the markets rallied. The Dow Jones industrial average climbed 494.13 points, or 6.5 percent. Geithner will be considered “Wall Street’s man” in the Obama administration.

Lawrence Summers, Obama’s selection to head the National Economic Council, was a leading economic official in the Clinton administration. As Treasury secretary, Summers became famous for using federal budget surpluses to pare down the national debt, even as Clinton slashed social spending.

Summers reputedly played a critical role in designing Washington’s emergency response to the Mexican and Southeast Asian financial crises (1995 and 1997).

Summers served as president of the most elite American college, Harvard University, from 2001 until 2006. He played a reactionary role as the head of the university, denouncing students protesting Israeli policies and calling for the reintroduction of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) at Harvard. He eventually resigned from his post after an uproar following remarks in which he said “intrinsic aptitude” was likely the main reason for the under-representation of women in the sciences.

Obama appears set to name Peter Orszag as director of the Office of Management and Budget. An economist with a PhD from the elite London School of Economics, Orszag has served as the director of the US Congressional Budget Office since January 2007. Previously he was a Senior Fellow at the liberal think tank the Brookings Institutution, and served in the Clinton administration as Senior Adviser on the Council of Economic Advisers.

Orszag is an advocate of revamping Social Security. He co-authored a book in 2004 called Saving Social Security: A Balanced Approach. In it, Orszag argues that a fundamental reason for the predicted insolvency of Social Security is that life expectancy “has risen by four years for men and five years for women since 1940,” “making benefits more valuable to recipients,” but more costly. To address this dilemma, Orszag advocated a combination of payroll and “benefits adjustments”—i.e., cuts in social security payments to retirees.

Jason Furman will likely serve as a senior economic adviser. Furman has expressed support for setting up private social security accounts and cutting benefits. Furman has headed the Brooking Institution’s Hamilton Project, an economic think tank founded by Robert Rubin.

A New York Times article on Monday, noted that Geithner, Summers, Orszag, and Furman are all protégés of Robert Rubin, whose advocacy of deregulation of financial institutions and markets has contributed to the current economic crisis. Rubin also played a leading role, as a senior adviser, in the policies adopted by Citigroup that have led it to the brink of ruin—and a second government bailout in two months.

As commerce secretary, Obama will name Bill Richardson, the governor of New Mexico, who served as energy secretary in the Clinton White House (1998-2000). Before becoming governor of New Mexico, Richardson also worked for Kissinger Associates and served on the corporate boards of several energy corporations.

To head the Council of Economic Advisors, Obama appointed University of California at Berkeley economist Christina Romer. Like the other selections, Romer, a career academic, has been called a “centrist.”

President-elect Barack Obama delivered the Democratic Radio Address this morning, discussing his plans to put people back to work and get our economy moving again. Obama has directed his economic team to assemble an Economic Recovery Plan that will save or create 2.5 million more jobs by January of 2011.

Several days before election day I caught up with Joe Biden and asked him what he meant when he said mark his words Obama’s presidency will bring a “generated crisis”. He told me it would happen regardless of who’s president, he stated he was only repeating what the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was saying and there would in fact be an international crisis without a doubt he didn’t even think twice when I asked him.

I also tried to ask him about what Obama meant by stating we have “negative liberties” and the Constitution is “flawed”, he then ignored me. He claims they will have to make some tough decisions due to an international crisis. I wonder if those “tough decisions” will be similar to the “tough decisions” Bush made after 9/11 like passing the Patriot Act, spying on Americans without warrants and engaging in an endless war.

Even Obama stated in his Chicago speech on election night shortly after his victory that he will have “challenges” which will force him to make unfavorable decisions.

It’s time Americans wake up and realize that Trilateral co-founder and associate of Henry Kissinger and David Rockefeller: Zbigniew Brzezinski is pulling the strings of this administration and according to numerous publications he’s written the past few decades, we are in for some tough times…
